Film Portrait Photography Workshop

Have a film or point and shoot camera? Want to learn how to take great portraits with them? Join us for a hands-on film portrait workshop!
This Film Portrait Workshop will start out with a presentation that covers basic concepts of film photography and portrait set up. Following the presentation will be a demo of how to set up the backdrop, lighting, and how to manipulate these to yield different results. Attendees will have the opportunity to take photos and manipulate various lighting setups to get creative with their portrait. Attendees will also be able to try any of our used cameras or lenses!

- Develop a camera gear set up that works for them
- Set up basic lighting
- Set up backdrops
- Pose models to a basic extent
One roll of black and white film is provided!
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own film to shoot additional roll!
